Though bitten by the shutter bug at an early age, professional commitments forced me to stay away from photography for over 20 years between 1988 and 2008. The dormant bug woke up in 2008, thanks to friends inPhotographic Society of Madras.

My primary interest is nature in any form.

Katrina started her career very early in the age of 14 fourteen with modeling ,She did various modeling assignment in London and also walked in London Fashion week.
Her movie career started in 2003 ( in 2003 movie boom) where she was introduced in Bollywood by director Kaizad Gustad in Boom. Initially she had some hard time in Bollywood because of her accent and Hindi speaking problems. Along with movies she also did modeling projects in India for various brands like Veet, Lakme, Lg, Fevicol, and Coca-cola. Katrina got success in 2005 from Sarkar with co-star Abhishek bachchan and Maine pyar kyun kiya with Salman Khan. Most her films are co-starred with Akshay Kumar. Though Katrina performed variety of roles in her movies but she was highly appreciated in New York and Rajneeti. Katrina also worked in some South Indian Movie like Malliswari, Allari Pidugu, and Balram vs. Taradas.
